Our Culture

At the Jennifer Bush-Lawson Foundation, we acutely understand how inflexible work schedules can make it difficult for families to attend to their health and other critical needs. Because of that, we place importance on workplace flexibility by supporting dynamic work schedules and prioritizing telework for our staff, contractors and volunteers.

We also strive to be diligent stewards of the funds that our supporters so generously donate to us, and our focus on telework allows us to minimize overhead costs and maximize the funds we’re able to devote to our charitable work.
